Miranda & Associados is immensely proud and humbled to announce that we won the prestigious «International Law Firm of the Year» award in the 2022 edition of The African Legal Awards, which took place at Houghton Hotel, Johannesburg, South Africa last Friday 2 September.

This is the second time Miranda has been recognized as «International Law Firm of the Year», having been previously distinguished in 2019, and continuously shortlisted for this category since 2017. This award is the result of the recognition of the quality of our work, achievements, and track record on the African Continent. The Miranda Alliance was also previously acknowledged as «African Network / Alliance of the Year» in 2017.

Miranda was competing in a really strong category which included Baker McKenzie, Clifford Chance, Covington, Dentons, DLA Piper, Global Law Firm & Partners and PLMJ as fellow finalists.

The prestigious event was hosted by Legal Week and the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa (CCASA).
