The statute will now be subject to the President of Republic assent and then finally gazetted in the Official Journal. The new General Labour Law will be effective 90 days as from such final moment.   
 
The exact terms of the new statute may only be fully confirmed upon it being subject to assent and gazetted. So, please stay tuned!!
