Angolan Capital Markets Commission Regulations No. 3/16, of 2 June 2016, No. 5/16, of 6 June 2016, and No. 6/16, of 7 June 2016, have now been made public via the Angolan Official Gazette. The Regulations set forth new rules applicable to securities offering in regulated markets, in particular the rules applicable to:

1. the prospectus of public offering of securities and admission to trading in regulated markets;
2. the securities offering, in particular public and private offerings;
3. the obligations of disclosure imposed to the issuers of securities admitted to trading in regulated markets; and
4. the organization of listed companies and of any other type of issuers of securities admitted to trading in regulated markets.

The Regulations entered into force on the date of its gazetting.
