Angolan Capital Markets Commission’s Regulation No. 7/16, of 30 June 2016, has now been made public. The Regulation continues the development of the securities and derivatives market that began with the recent enactment of the Securities Code, and it sets forth new rules on centralized systems of securities, systems of registration through a single intermediation agent, settlement systems and central counterparts.

The Regulation entered into force on the date of publication, i.e., June 30.
