Further to Decree 48/06, of 1 September 2006, which approved the rules and procedures for public tendering in the petroleum sector, the Minister of Petroleum approved by means of Order 29/17, of 27 January 2017, the following templates:

1. Template for access to tenders for the award of oilfield services contracts; and
2. Template for companies which are parties to contracts that have already been entered into, and which intend to have access to the benefits set forth in the law.

Both templates are to be used for the inclusion of Angolan oilfield goods and services providers in the Ministry of Petroleum's database.
