The Government of Cape Verde via its Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, has launched an international public tender for the supply of equipment and installation of two photovoltaic parks in two villages located in the municipality of Tarrafal, Santiago Island.
The award criteria is the lowest price.
Potential interested parties may consult the documents related to the Public Tender no. 05/UGA/MAA/2017 either at the Procurement Management Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, located at Largo Guedes de Menezes, or by viewing the public contracts website (https://compraspublicas.cv/View_concursos/aeb2368c-0f4f-43e6-b763-a40c4a120c9c). Alternatively, Miranda / CV Lexis may provide the relevant documents.
Entities interested in submitting a proposal may do so by 4 pm (Cape Verde time) on 17 April 2017. Proposals shall be delivered in person or sent by regular mail to the Procurement Management Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. The proposal and required documents must be written in Portuguese language; if the originals are written in a foreign language, they must be translated into Portuguese language and the translation must be duly certified.
On 3 April 2017, starting at 8 am, a mandatory technical visit to the site will be held, with the departure taking place from the General Directorate of Agriculture, Forestry and Livestock at Achada São Filipe, Praia.
