The Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 6348/23, of 23 October approved the launch of the Public Tender for the privatization of the POUPA LÁ Store Network, in the modality of disposal of assets, namely:

a- Loja Poupa Lá Camama (Luanda);

b- Loja Poupa Lá Icolo e Bengo (Luanda);

c- Loja Poupa Lá Zango I (Luanda);

d- Loja Poupa Lá Tchizainga 2(Lunda–Sul);

e- Loja Poupa Lá Ganda (Benguela);

f- Loja Poupa Lá Malembo (Cabinda);

g- Loja Poupa Lá Tando Zinze (Cabinda);

h- Loja Poupa Lá Mbuco (Cabinda); and

i- Loja Poupa Lá Tomboco (Zaire).

Also, the Negotiation Committee, which shall be responsible for conducting the proceedings, was appointed.

The privatization of the POUPA LÁ Store Network had previously been approved following the Privatization Program (PROPRIV) through Presidential Order No. 214/23, of 5 September.
