On 9 July 2021, in the city of Lobito, Sociedade Nacional de Combustível de Angola (Sonangol E.P.) will launch the public tender for the selection of the entities that will make up the corporate structure of the company owning the Lobito Refinery, as well as the selection of the Project financiers. During the ceremony, preliminary results will be presented in respect of the refinery’s economic viability and processing capacity, with a daily production target of two hundred thousand barrels sought. Information on the relevant tender requirements and timeframe will be made available on the same date.
