The process to privatize Empresa Nacional de Seguros de Angola (ENSA S.A.) has been initiated, under the Privatization Program (PROPRIV).

In this first phase, shares representing 51% of the company’s share capital will be sold through a Limited Prior Qualification Tender.

Founded in 1978, ENSA is the biggest company in Angola's insurance sector, and the only one with its own branch network (29), spread over all the country’s provinces.
