The Treasury and Finance General Directorate, in cooperation with the Central Lisbon Hospital Centre (CHLC), is to hold on 31 March, at 3:30 pm, at the Hotel Lisboa Plaza, an auction of 13 real estate properties owned by CHLC.

Written proposals are not accepted. Interested parties may only bid at the auction. The auction starts from the base value attributed to each property as per the above websites.
Immediately after the auction, the respective purchase and sale promissory agreement must be signed, and a down payment equal to 20% of the amount for which the real estate asset was sold, must be made. No assignment of such contractual position is allowed.
