Through Order No. 1/21, of 12 February 2021, the BNA updated the operating rules of the Credit Risk Information Centre (“CIRC”) and revoked all provisions contradicting the provisions of the Order, in particular those of Order No. 4/20, of 28 February 2020, on CIRC’s competences, operating rules and duties.

Order No. 1/21 came into force on 12 February 2021.
