Through Notice No. 10/2018, of 29 November 2018, the National Bank of Angola ("BNA") defined the new sanctions regime applicable to situations of delay in sending periodic information to the BNA, repealing Notice No. 16/2007, of 12 September 2007, on the same subject. In accordance with this Notice, failure to comply with these obligations by Financial Institutions and legal entities or individual agents constitutes a contravention, punishable under the Law of Financial Institutions (Law no. 12/2015 of June 17).
