The Angolan Central Bank (BNA) has recently issued Order No. 5/17, of 10 July 2017, which regulates the issuance, acceptance and use of payment cards, as well as the operating principles of the Multicaixa subsystem.

This Order entered into force on 10 July 2017 and repealed BNA Order No. 10/12, of 2 April of 2012, BNA Order No. 8/03, of 29 August 2003, and BNA Internal Instruction No. 7/98, of 29 May 1998.
