By means of BNA Order 19/20, of 21 August 2020, BNA has established the operational rules applicable to the exercise of activity of Credit Guarantee Funds, as well as the prudential rules on the requirements and procedures for its special registration.

Aditionally, BNA has also defined the operational rules applicable to the exercise of activity of Credit Guarantee Companies, through BNA Order No. 20/20, of 21 August 2020.
