New Minimum Amounts of Share Capital and Regulatory Own Funds for Non-Banking Financial Institutions

BNA Order 18/20, of 12 August 2020, determines that non-banking financial institutions must now have their share capital fully paid up and maintain regulatory own funds at the following minimum amounts: Kz 70,000,000.00 for Payment Service Providers; Kz 50,000,000.00 for Currency Exchanges; Kz 100,000,000.00 for Factoring Companies; Kz 100,000,000.00 for Leasing Companies; Kz 25,000,000.00 for Credit Cooperative Companies; Kz 25,000,000.00 for Micro Credit Companies; and Kz 250,000,000.00 for Credit Guarantee Companies.
