Through BNA Order No. 3/18, of 2 March 2018, BNA established a set of minimum banking services exempted from commission, applicable to individual and collective accounts held by private customers, notably:

• Opening, maintaining and closing deposit accounts, except for accounts that require the assignment of a manager;
  
  
• Processing of repayments and direct debits;
  
  
• Examining account movements by ATM and electronic banking;
  
  
• Bank transfer by ATM and electronic banking, among others.

This Notice, which entered into force on 7 March 2018, repealed all contradictory legislation, notably Order No. 3/17, of 30 March 2017.
