Presidential Legislative Decree No. 2/17, of 9 August 2017, enacted the legal regime applicable to Asset Management Companies (“AMC”), including the general rules applicable to their incorporation and activities. AMCs are non-banking financial institutions linked to the capital markets.

This Presidential Legislative Decree entered into force on the date of its publication.
