Pursuant to Presidential Order No.85/20, Presidential Order No.86/20 and Presidential Order No. 88/20, all dated of 15 June 2020, and due to the urgent nature of the relevant works, the simplified procurement procedures for the following three projects were initiated:

• Contract to coordinate and assist the National Road Institute of Angola (Instituto de Estradas de Angola - INEA) with the construction of 10 (ten) sections of the EN230 National Road, in the amount of AKz 1 450 000 000,00 (one billion four hundred fifty million kwanzas);
• Contract for the Development of Executive Projects regarding seven bridges that are part of the EN230 National Road (over the rivers Cacuilo, Candembe, Luáli, Luvo, Nhama, Peso and Tchuango), in the amount of AKz 980 750 000,00 (nine hundred eighty million seven hundred fifty thousand kwanzas); and
• Contract for the rendering of supervision services in connection with the construction and equipping of two hospitals, i.e., the Hospital Geral de Viana, in the amount of € 5 007 990,00 (five million seven thousand nine hundred ninety euros), and the Hospital Geral de Cacuaco, in the amount of € 5 568 990,00 (five million five hundred sixty-eight thousand nine hundred ninety euros).
