Empresa Nacional de Administração dos Portos de Cabo Verde, S.A. (“ENAPOR”), the general concessionaire of ports in Cape Verde, has launched an international public tender to sub-concession the design, construction and management of two logistic centers for goods in Cape Verde, on the islands of Santiago and São Vicente, under a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) scheme.
 
The tender is aimed at all domestic and international companies, or any type of consortium, provided that they have or guarantee that they will have their head office or main premises in the country and are able to meet the necessary technical and financial requirements for the project.
 
The first phase of the tender involves the submission of the initial technical proposal. In the second phase, ENAPOR will announce those pre-selected from the first phase and invite them to submit their final technical and financial proposals.
 
Initial technical bids must be submitted to ENAPOR by 20 February 2020.
