MIREMPET has recently announced that the submission of the Human Resources Development Plan for 2022, due until 31 October, may be filed through its online platform (“SIASP”) until 23 December 2021.

In addition, MIREMPET has been scheduling separate meetings with companies under its supervision to explain that it is preparing a document specific for the industry with the different job positions and their description (qualificador de funções de referência - QFR) which will be very relevant for the future drafting of job qualifiers. For this purpose, the Ministry has made available an official form that must be duly completed by every company in accordance with its instructions and submitted through SIASP until 31 October 2021. MIREMPET has informed that the failure to submit the form may entail the assessment of fines.
