On 21 November, Executive Decree No. 508/18, of 20 November 2018, entered into force, defining the procedures and deadline for providing information to the State on the existence of public guarantees on domestic debt (Sovereign Guarantees).

Pursuant to said statute, all national and foreign entities that are beneficiaries of the State’s Sovereign Guarantees on credits contracted or granted have until 31 January 2019 to send said information to the Ministry of Finance.
