By means of Law No. 69/2017, of 11 August 2017, the Legal Framework of Credit Recovery Funds was approved. The new law sets forth the conditions for the incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of the Credit Recovery Funds, as wells as their activity and the applicable sanctioning regime.

This law entered into force on the day after its publication, i.e., 12 August 2017.
