New and slightly relaxed public calamity measures were enacted by Presidential Decree No. 314/20, of 11 December 2020. The new statute amends and updates the rules established by Presidential Decree No. 298/20, of 20 November 2020, on the operation of public and private services, social equipment and economic activities during the period of public calamity.

The new measures are more relaxed and shall be in force as from midnight 12 December 2020 until 10 January 2021, subject to new amendments according to the status of the pandemic situation.
