The BNA intends to implement in Angola a Mobile and Instant Transfer System ("Mobile Money").
The opening of requests for information is intended for the preparation of a proposal request (“RFP”) to choose the technological operator of the entity that will be responsible for the technological management of Mobile Money, which will need to be a company already operating a payment system, based in Angola.
Interested parties will have to respond to the BNA's request for information by 10 June 2020.
The proposal request will be launched by the BNA on 24 June 2020, with 31 July 2020 the deadline for responding.

On-site visits and demonstrations will take place in August, while the selection process decision is scheduled for September 2020.
