As of today, 24 March, the following services will be suspended for a period of 15 (fifteen) days: Registry and Notary services, Civil and Criminal Identification services, One-Stop Shop for Companies (Guiché Único da Empresa (GUE)) and One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneurs (Balcão Único do Empreendedor (BUE)). This suspension also extends to the Centre for Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution (CREL) as well as the National Institute for Judicial Studies (INEJ).

Company incorporations performed online and scheduled weddings, will not be suspended, as well as the provision of minimum services related to burials:

• Registration of deaths;
  
• Sealing of funerary urns;
  
• Opening of funerary urns.

The suspension of the aforementioned activities, as decreed by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights through Executive Decree nº 1/20, of 23 march, falls under the extraordinary contingency measures put in place to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
