According to Diogo Xavier da Cunha, Miranda’s Managing Partner: "Labour matters are an increasingly strategic consideration for businesses as they react to pan-European economic opportunities and challenges. The addition of Diogo and Joana adds extra depth to our practice with their undoubted expertise in contractual, restructuring and contentious labour and employment issues. Our clients want our lawyers to translate often complex technical legal issues into clear commercial advice and in Diogo and Joana we certainly have this”.
