A new Labor Procedure Code (LPC) has been recently approved by Law no. 2/24, of 19 March 2024.

The so-called Mais Habitação Package (Law No. 56/2023, of October 6) introduced amendments to the Real Estate Transfer Tax (IMT) exemption regime which is applicable to the acquisition of property for resale.

A Lei n.º 18/2024, de 5 de fevereiro que entrou em vigor no passado dia 6 de fevereiro veio alterar a Lei n.º 32/2008, de 17 de julho, nomeadamente os seus artigos 2.º, 4.º, 6.º, 7.º, 9.º, 15.º, 16.º e 17.º.

No passado dia 1 de janeiro, entrou em vigor a Lei de Orçamento do Estado para 2024 (Lei n.º 82/2023, de 29 de dezembro), destacando-se, no âmbito fiscal, as seguintes alterações e novidades:
